GreyWolf’s Den House Charter

(This is a living document and may change over time)

DESCRIPTION OF HOUSEHOLD:

This Household is the creation of Master Daniel (aka GreyWolf) and his Alpha slave, tanarria.  They have been in a Master/slave relationship since 1998 when tanarria was collared.  They have been through many iterations of their relationship throughout the years and have reached a point where they felt it was time to formalize the structure of what they have into a Household.

LOCATION:

Central Pennsylvania

HOUSEHOLD CORE BELIEF:

“The Master craves to take responsibility for the well being, growth, and development of those that have surrendered to Him” (Responsible Mastery).  The Master desires or craves total surrender as something He must have in order to be fulfilled as a person.  A slave desires not only to submit, but to surrender their entire life to the Master.  This includes, but may not be limited to their emotions (emotional well being), their body (physical well being), their household (safety), finances (future), obedience, and service.  The ultimate goal of a slave is to surrender everything completely.  Total surrender is an on-going process.  The key is the desire to surrender everything.

The Household believes in the growth of the slave and, just as importantly, the growth of the Master.  For the slaves, it is about personal growth and finding peace and joy in their surrender and service.  For the Master, it is about Him achieving fulfillment and striving toward responsible Mastery.

CREED:
Honor, Loyalty, Obedience, Pack

Honor:
Definition: Honesty, fairness, or integrity in one's beliefs and actions.
All members will strive to be honorable in their actions and hold the ideals and beliefs of the Household in the highest regard.

Loyalty:
Definition: Faithful adherence to a sovereign, government, leader, cause, etc.
Members are expected to be loyal to the Household, its beliefs, and its' Master.

Obedience:
Definition: The act or practice of obeying; dutiful or submissive compliance.
For the Household to function, obedience to its structure and rules is required from all members. Complete surrender is the ultimate goal for those that pursue the M/s structure within the Household. It will remain a work in progress.

Pack:
Pack is defined as the Household of GreyWolf's Den. The entire Household works together in a hierarchal structure as a combined group of individuals. The goal of the Pack is to work together for the common good of the Household while following the structure put into place by the Master.

MASTER'S MANTRA:
I choose to live my life with honor. I choose to give my loyalty to the pack and its beliefs. I assume the responsibility for the obedience, service, and surrender of my slaves. We are Pack; I devote myself to the betterment of the whole.

SLAVE'S MANTRA:
I choose to live my life with honor. I choose to give my loyalty to the pack and its beliefs. I choose to give my obedience, service, and surrender to my Master. We are Pack; I devote myself to the betterment of the whole.

ASSOCIATIONS:
The Household may be informally or formally associated with other Households or Leather Families. Members of these families deserve our loyalty and respect. Any disagreements with one of these Households or a member therein will be done privately between the Masters.

Details of these associations will be maintained in a separate document.

HOUSEHOLD GOALS:
One goal of the Household is to work toward responsible Mastery and total surrender. The slaves should desire to surrender all to the Master. The Master desires to take that surrender and be responsible for the slave's well being, growth, and development of the Household.

An additional goal of the Household is to provide an M/s environment in which the Master and slaves can flourish. While service to the Master is priority in the Household, it is also the Master's responsibility to see that the slaves in his care are taken care of, growing in their path of slavery and surrender, and excelling in their Household positions.

POSITIONS:
Positions will be built around slaves as they enter the service of the Household. The Household consists of 2 permanent positions, Master and Alpha slave.

Master:
The Master is the head of the Household. He takes full responsibility for those serving in the Household. He is expected to behave in a manner that portrays the core beliefs and creed of the Household and to lead by example. He is responsible for the well being and growth of those under his control. With absolute power comes absolute responsibility.

Alpha slave:
This is the Master's life partner. She has precedence over all other members of the Household. She is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the Household and the Master's home. It is her responsibility to utilize the resources at her disposal (i.e. other Household members) to make sure the house is kept to the Master's standards. She is also the key figurehead for the Household and is expected to participate in the M/s community whenever possible. She also will have input in the organization and function of the Household. When at events where the Master has another slave in service to him or when she is given special permission, she is allowed to socialize and serve others. She must always remember to serve the Master as well during those events (Rule #1: Protocol Document). She is also allowed to have other partners as approved by the Master.

There may be times others will enter into service to the household. These will be handled on a case by case basis, however will most likely take on the form of a contract with set expectations and timelines.

It is possible for a contractual position to move into permanent status. There are two stages to this process:

Collar of Consideration:
This is a probationary period to assess if the slave can accept and surrender to the beliefs of the Household. The slave will be expected to follow the rules and beliefs of the Household. At this point it is possible for the slave to negotiate a move into the Household. A slave achieves the collar of consideration when the Master deems it is time. At this time the Master will give permission for the slave to petition the Household, stating their case as to why they feel they are ready.

Collar of Ownership:
This is a natural progression from the Collar of Consideration. The slave has proven the strength of their desire to be a permanent member of the Household. At this stage the Master takes full ownership of and responsibility for the slave. Once the Master deems the slave ready, they must petition the Household. The petition must list specific detail as to why they should be allowed to be owned by the Household. Upon accepting the slave's petition, the Master will offer the Collar. This is where the slave will negotiate their place in the Household and the terms of the contract.

Financial Obligations:
While this is a subject that can be uncomfortable to discuss, it is important to define expectations for those choosing to serve the Household. We expect members coming to live in the Household to carry their own weight. Financial obligations and expectations will be handled on a case by case basis at the time of each contract renewal. As a slave moves into a collared position it is expected their finances will be melded into the Household. Any belongings they wish to give to the Household will be accepted if deemed useful. All other items will be stored for the slave. The Household also has an obligation to see to the welfare of the slave. For this reason, a percentage of whatever they bring into the Household will be placed into a savings account in the slave's name. This becomes theirs if they leave the Household.

Household Protocols, Rules and Rituals:
These are listed in a separate Document.
